Application
Can I change something after submitting the application ?
Yes. You'll receive by email a password after submitting your application. You'll be able to change anything you want in your file until the end of the application procedure.
Pay attention : your password is also given once you submit your application.
What is a resume / CV ?Qu'est-ce qu'un CV ?
It is a written description of your work experience, educational background and skills.
What is a letter of application ?
Also known as a cover letter, it a document (max. 2 pages) sent with your resume to provide additional information on your skill and experience. This letter should tell the FSMP why we should select you (skills, your project, etc.)
I haven't got my school reports yet for my M1 or M2, can I apply ? i'm in 3 bachelor-year, can I apply ?
If you're in the 3rd year of bachelor, you can uplaod all your school reports from your 1st year until now.
If you're in the 1st year of master, you can upload the school reports you have of M1 and also all your school reports of your bachelor years.
If you're in the 2nd year of master, you can upload all the school reports of M1 and the one you received for your M2.
What are the elegible master of the program ?
Elegible masters are the one from : Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Université Paris-Diderot, Université Paris-Descartes, Université Paris Nord, Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne and Ecole Normal Supérieure (Ulm)

I cannot find the master in the drop-down list
Do not fill this part and specify it in your letter of application/cover lettrer.
The M2 specification I want to choose does not appear in the drop-down list.

I did not received the confirmation email of my application
There are severeal answers :
- Please check your junk mail/spam box
- Your application may have failed
- You may have mispelled your email address
Please, contact us if there is another issue.
The submission failed, the application form went back to the beginning/blank page.
You have to fill the form again.
Becarefull, sometimes, there are some problems with Mozilla Firefox. We suggest you to use other browsers such as Chrome, Safari or IE.
The system has not recorded the CV, letters of application, etc. I've just uplaoded
Be sure all your documents are in the .pdf format.
There may be too large.
I've just uploaded the wrong file, I want to replace it.
You can delete yourself the document. Log in to your application and go back to the right step of the application.
Recommendation Letters
is it possible to add more than 3 letters of recommendation ?
After submitting your application, you'll receive an email confirming your application. In this email, there is a link to your online file you can send to other professors so that they can upload a letter of recommendation.
A professor did not recevied the email allowing him/her to uplaod his letter to my file. What should I do ?
An automatic email is sent to your professor as soon as you submit your application. If one of your professor does not received this email, you can send him/her the link you received in your email confirming your application.
The FSMP cannot contact your professors.
Can my professor send the recommendation letter after the end of the call ?
Yes. As explained in the application procedures, professors have 2 more days to upload their letter.
How can I check if my professors did upload his/her letter ?
All your documents are available online with your login and your password (step 3). However, you cannot read or delete letters of recommendation.
Results
What time will the results be announced ?
For the first call : Between mid-January and mid-February fin janvier et mi-février.
For the second call : Between May and mid-June.
